The Role
Help clients leverage the full potential of Microsoft Power Platform to automate and optimise their business processes. As a Power Platform Consultant, you will work across multiple client engagements to design, build, and deploy solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead discovery workshops with clients to identify automation opportunities and define solution requirements.
Design and develop custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven).
Create automated workflows and business process flows using Power Automate.
Build interactive dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI to deliver actionable business insights.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, and third-party systems.
Provide governance guidance and best practices for Power Platform adoption within client organisations.
Deliver training and knowledge transfer to client teams to ensure long-term solution sustainability.
Candidate Requirements
Experience
3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform in a consulting or delivery role.
Power BI
Strong skills in data modelling, DAX, and creating executive-level dashboards and reports.
Power Apps
Proficiency in building Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, and Dataverse solutions.
Power Automate
Experience designing complex cloud flows, desktop flows (RPA), and business process flows.
Communication
Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to translate technical solutions for non-technical audiences.
Desirable Skills
Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-300, PL-400).
Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Finance & Operations.
Knowledge of Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, AI Builder).
Previous experience in a UK consultancy or managed services environment.
