The Role
Join our team to develop and implement cutting-edge Dynamics 365 solutions for enterprise clients. As a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of complex business solutions built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. You will work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and clients to deliver high-quality, scalable implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy customisations and extensions for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or Customer Engagement applications.
Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural guidance for Dynamics 365 solutions.
Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using C#, .NET, and the Dynamics 365 SDK.
Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Implement data migration strategies and integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party systems via Azure services.
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
Candidate Requirements
Experience
5+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 development experience in a professional environment.
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, and the Dynamics 365 SDK/API.
Cloud Platform
Experience with Microsoft Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, DevOps).
Integration
Proven experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, and third-party integrations.
Certifications
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable.
Desirable Skills
Experience working in a consultancy or agency environment with multiple client engagements.
Knowledge of ALM and CI/CD practices for Dynamics 365 projects.
Familiarity with Power Pages, Power Automate, and model-driven app development.
